Communicating Inclusion Leadership Program (CILP)

    How do you CONVERSE as a leader? This program teaches you about the Communicating Inclusion Model™ — meaning the skill set employed by inclusive leaders who foster a sense of belonging in their organizations while exemplifying excellence in effective communication — developed for aspiring leaders, senior organizational leaders, and functional teams.

  • Fundamentals of Inspired Communication (CILP Part II)

    The Fundamentals of Inspired Communication sessions are for people who are serious about transforming their leadership and effective communication skills. We purposefully build skills and share practical applications relating to the first three of the five stages of the Voice Share Method™ — presentation, approach, and content.

  • Advanced Methods of Inspired Communication (CILP Part III)

    The Advanced Methods of Inspired Communication course is for people who wish to complete their certification as an Inspired Communicator™ (CILP Parts II & III) or earn the Certified Inclusive Communicator™ credential (CILP Parts I, II & III). Participants will learn the concepts and tools that comprise the fourth and fifth stages of the five-stage Voice Share Method™ — message and mindset.
